This week we had a crit session. Nicklas
explained how some blogs needed a bit more content and layouts now some needed
their layouts tweaked a little to make the content easier to read. He also
asked if people were making their own Tumblr/Wordpress themes and if so, to
credit it at the bottom of the page so they could consider this when marking
our work.

From Tumblr to Blogger
After experiencing multiple problems with Tumblr at the minute, I've decided to switch to using Blogger for my weekly design blogs. I actually find it more enjoyable to use as there are a lot more options to edit the templates and text etc. I used the most Pop Art related theme I could find to tie in with the content of my blog.

Week 5 - Pop Art and Music
This week I've spent time researching websites and other mediums for some design and technical inspiration.
Week 4 - Pop-it.com
After speaking with Gabriel on Friday, he mirrored the concerns I had
regarding my 3 major project ideas. We both agreed that when building
the websites, I may find it difficult to find enough content to add to
them.
Week 3 - Let the Creative Juices Flow
This week I've been looking at various different websites, imagery and fonts for the latest design trends and inspiration.
Week 2 - The Aim
This week is the start of the prototyping and researching process. I
haven't yet had the chance to speak to anyone about my Major Project
ideas so in the meantime I am going to start by looking at the design
aspect rather than content.
Week 1 - Pen Portrait
